Covid City Stories, Episode 2: The End of the Beginning?

Today, we present to you the second episode in our special series, Covid City Stories, featuring five citymakers from Miami, Minneapolis, Bengaluru, the Emirates, and Bethesda, Maryland. While their citymaking roles vary from activists, planners to developers, to real estate financiers, to place managers, their collective voices convey a sense of hope in the face of fear, offer light in the midst of darkness, and call on us to take action as we reach the end of the beginning of this global story…Again, we hope these stories inspire you to get into some “good trouble” and compel you to record your own, below, as we continue to attempt to amplify your voices. And if you haven’t already, we invite you to read Mariela’s (our Founder) New Cities piece about the implications of Covid on citymaking, which inspired this initiative. And after you’re done listening to “episode 2,” scroll down to hear the first collection of stories!
